Peace Corps has teamed with LinkedIn Learning to provide content aligned to topics of interest identified by the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA). Curated content, specifically for Peace Corps, is made possible by teams of people volunteering their time to review alignment of courses about an identified topic to agency objectives. Teams participate in an iterative review process to review multiple courses about each topic in a quantitative and qualitative manner for:

· Ease of understanding

· Applicability to all staff

· Duration

· Overall quality

The most relevant and applicable courses are then identified as part of a learning path or collection specifically for Peace Corps.

OSLD is excited to launch the 2025 Professional Development Series for all staff. 

Over 57% of all staff participated in the  2024  Learning Needs Assessment, and reported wanting more learning opportunities to build skills and competencies.
