Description:This course is designed to provide a blended learning experience for the experienced and newly hired LCFs in Peace Corps North Macedonia in order to:

• Develop language lessons and materials.
  
• Conduct Macedonian/Albanian language and culture training classes with small groups       
  
• Follow the prescribed curriculum and effectively using a variety of language training techniques and methodologies.
  
• Serve as a key interpreter of Macedonian/Albanian cultural norms and values.
  
• Deliver or assist in delivery of the PST ICDI (Inter-Cultural Competence, Diversity and Inclusion) training component.
  
• Participate in the evaluation of the PST program.

Intended Users: Experienced and newly hired Language and Cultural Facilitators

Course duration: For a total of 6 weeks, the users will need to dedicate between 6-8 hours per day for the course content. Course materials will remain available to the users for the duration of the engagement with Peace Corps.
