This course is designed to support new Peace Corps Tonga staff through the onboarding process. The course is broken down in to increments of first 30 days, 60 days, 6 months, and first year. Complete the course material in coordination with your supervisor and unit director to ensure you receive all the required tools and information to succeed in your new position with Peace Corps. 

Creating Equitable Partnerships is a short course that dives into the topics of decolonizing development, saviorism, and creating equitable partnerships in the Moana Oceanic Pacific context.

Description: This course introduces Peace Corps trainees to the PACA approach (phases, lenses and tools) and The PACA Field Guide for Volunteers.
