A key component of the PCVs' service during their community integration is making personal adjustments to a new service environment, based on the characteristics of their assigned site. The role of the staff is to provide support and guidance during this initial service phase. For this reason, this course offers basic training focused on appropriately conducting a wellbeing visit, taking into account the policies that govern such visits, as well as the support role the staff must fulfill.
