The goal of our training program is to prepare and support you for your job as a development professional and ambassador of peace and friendship in Moldova.  PC Moldova training program uses a blended learning format with online, face to face, and field-based instructions, to meet our PCVs' needs, taking into account their backgrounds and interests, and to enhance the learning process. 

Learning Space Moldova is our online instruction platform designed by PC Moldova staff. Here you will access resources and activities that support our learning objectives. Each training course includes a variety of materials designed to help you progress at your own pace. In the courses' summary descriptions you will find learning objectives, activities, and assignment completion expectations. Our Learning Space provides opportunities for peer-to-peer and staff experience sharing to enhance critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and collaboration.
