This is a course for Global Connections liaisons and the Global Connections program team at headquarters. It is intended to provide program information, training resources, and updates for liaisons. It is also a forum for all liaisons to communicate with one another, share ideas and best practices. and ask questions. 

This course provides an introduction to services available to Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) through the Office of the Third Goal and Returned Volunteer Services. Topics include attending graduate school using the Paul D. Coverdell Fellows program, using non-competitive eligibility and finding Federal employment, finding non-Federal employment, and more.

In this course, participants will learn about the Third Goal of Peace Corps, how the Office of the Third Goal and Returned Volunteer Services (3GL) supports this goal, and how 3GL works with posts to ensure all Volunteers are successful in carrying out the Third Goal.
