Welcome to Peace Corps The Gambia Pre-departure Course!
We are looking forward to your arrival in The Gambia. In the meantime, we have some required pre-departure training to prepare you for your Pre-Service Training (PST).
Goal: You will gain prerequisite technical, Language and Cross-Cultural knowledge and skills that will facilitate a gradual transition process from invitees to trainees.
Objectives:
- Get to know each other and relevant programming and Training staff.
- Familiarize yourselves with basic information about PCTG programs.
- Be able to greet in two of the most common languages in the Gambia.
