OPM's "Executive Excellence and Wellness through Strategic Leadership" course- this course is a tool you can use to gain valuable knowledge, strategies and resources on how to use strategic leadership skills in your work and personal life to achieve executive excellence and wellness. The strategies in this training — even if obvious or intuitive — are designed to provide a helpful reminder of the value of strategic approaches to both work and personal life. Duration: 30 minutes. 

The Merit System Principles are the standards that underpin federal management practices. They help ensure federal employees are treated fairly and equitably and that the federal employment system is based on merit. This course provides an overview of the Merit System Principles - what they are, how to apply them, and the prohibited personnel practices to avoid. The course also describes the regulatory and administrative structures that enforce the Merit System Principles.

The Federal workforce is comprised of four different generations - Millennials, Gen Xers, Baby Boomers and Traditionalists.  You are probably aware of the aligner characteristics exhibited by each generation.

This course goes a step further and introduces you to the strategies and techniques to understand individual preferences and effectively lead a generationally diverse workforce.

This course is designed to bring awareness about Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Specifically, (1) to identify types of PII; (2) list the methods for protecting and handling PII; (3) state the process/procedure for reporting PII incidents; and (4) recognizing the consequences of mishandling PII. The course material is presented through a day long story in which various PII mishaps occur.
