DescriptionThe Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002, better known as the No FEAR Act, requires that federal agencies be accountable for violations of anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws. This course will outline the rights U.S. citizen federal employees have under these laws and provide details on how the No FEAR Act is implemented.

Audience: U.S. Direct Hires (does not include Experts, Interns, or Contractors, does include presidential appointees)

Duration: 30 minutes

Due date: September 30, 2020, and then within 30 days upon entry for new staff and biennially thereafter

Use the template to record who completed SARRR in person and upload to the activity 'Staff Who Completed In-Person Training'.  A course teacher will update your completion in LearningSpace.
