1. Do I need a Login.gov account to access LearningSpace?
   Yes. Login.gov is required for accessing all Peace Corps systems, including LearningSpace.

2. How do I know if I already have a Login.gov account?
   Try signing in at Login.gov.
   • If your email is recognized, you already have an account.
   • If not, you may need to create one.

3. My LearningSpace email and Login.gov email don’t match. What should I do?
   Update your Login.gov account so the email matches your LearningSpace email. Accounts will not link unless the emails match.

4. Why is matching my emails so important?
   Login.gov uses your email as your identity. If the emails differ, LearningSpace cannot verify you and will block access.

5. What authentication methods do I need for Login.gov?
   Login.gov requires at least two authentication methods.
   Three is recommended to avoid getting locked out.

6. I lost access to my authentication method or changed my email. Now I can’t log in. What can I do?
   If you cannot recover access, you may need to delete your Login.gov account.
   Account deletion takes 2–3 weeks.

7. I need to update or add authentication methods. How do I do this?
   Log in to Login.gov and update your methods before losing access to your device or phone number.

8. Who can help me if these steps don’t resolve my Login.gov problem?

   Note: Peace Corps staff cannot view or fix Login.gov accounts. Login.gov is managed by the U.S. General Services Administration.

LEARNINGSPACE ISSUES

1. I successfully logged into Login.gov but still cannot access LearningSpace. What should I check?
   • Verify your LearningSpace and Login.gov emails match
   • Make sure your Login.gov authentication methods are working
   • Confirm your LearningSpace account is not suspended

2. Why is my LearningSpace account suspended?
   Your account may show as suspended if:
   • You are close to your close-of-service date
   • You are returning to service (including Response)
   • You had an extended leave
   LearningSpace access usually continues for one year after COS, but suspensions can happen earlier when systems update.

3. What do I do if I see a message that my LearningSpace account is suspended?
   Email LearningSpace Support with:
   • Full name
   • Country of service
   • LearningSpace email
   • Service status
   • Close-of-service date (if applicable)

4. Who do I contact for technical problems inside LearningSpace?
   Email LearningSpaceSupport@peacecorps.gov for system errors or malfunctioning features.

5. Who do I contact if I have questions about a course, assignment, or enrollment?
   Contact the course owner directly.

EMAIL ISSUES

1. What email should I be using for LearningSpace and Login.gov?
   You must use the same email for both systems.
   This is the only way your accounts can link.

2. My Peace Corps email is incorrect. How do I update it?
   You can keep your Login.gov email and request Peace Corps Business Services to update your Peace Corps email.

3. What information should I include when requesting a Peace Corps email update?
   Provide:
   • Your name
   • Country of service
   • Current Peace Corps email
   • New email you want to use
   • A request to requeue your email
   Processing typically takes up to 3 days.

4. Who do I contact to update my Peace Corps email?
   Business Services at pchelpdesksupport@peacecorps.gov. 

   Instructions: Copy, paste, edit, and send the message below to Business Services. Be sure to update the placeholders with your correct information.

   Subject: Business Services: Request to Requeue Email and Update Peace Corps Address

   Hello Business Services,
   My name is [insert first and last name].
   I am an Invitee/Volunteer in [insert country].

   Please requeue my email.

5. I’m unsure what my LearningSpace email is. What should I do?
   Check communication from LearningSpace Support—your LearningSpace email is often included in messages sent to you.
