Social Media Overview

Social media is an integral tool in our communications toolkit. Social media provides an opportunity for the Peace Corps to engage in two-way conversations with our audience. Additionally with the choice model, posts need to effectively market themselves to potential applicants. As prospects can state their preferences for where they serve and what they do as Volunteers, posts need to effectively market themselves using social media. This course will introduce some core topics, best practices, policies, and procedures that will help frame and guide your work in social media with the Peace Corps.
