Description: The purpose of this course is to share about the benefits provided by Peace Corps to United States Direct Hire (USDH) overseas staff.

As a result of completing this course, the learner will be able to:

• Understand the allowances and benefits they are eligible to receive as a USDH employee posted to an overseas Peace Corps post.
• Know the appropriate Region and HR contacts to reach out to with questions on benefit eligibility and use.
• Gain an understanding of how Peace Corps functions as an independent U.S. government agency overseas, establishing its own benefits and allowances policies.
